You're doing the work of the church for your community, but you don't have to do it alone. The Bishop's Office is here to support you in all that you do.

Congregational Vitality empowers you to strengthen your church or school. We support our congregations through five primary concepts of Congregational Vitality, all of which work simultaneously and are deeply interwoven with one another:

To serve as a model of strategically developing a healthier church where the Gospel message can be proclaimed.
To foster clergy growth, leadership training, and continuing education.
To establish a viable process of hospitality, invitation, and incorporation in congregations.
To guide recruitment, formation, and training of congregational leadership teams.
To encourage the development of short- and long-term congregational ministry plans.
