Frade’s first draft of his vision for
the Diocese of Southeast Florida
The
vision for Southeast Florida is for us to be truly a diocese
Committed to Mission, whose bishop is the Chief
Missionary among all missionaries.
The
diocese is localized in the various missionary outposts
(congregations, institutions and diocesan office), living
within the Catholic Structure of Classic Anglicanism
with the purpose of living out the Great Commission,
focusing on the unchurched around us, with a goal—BHAG*--of
growing to 100,000/60,000 baptized members by 2010/2006,
with over 100 congregations representing transformed
lives of “all sorts and conditions of people”.
